Preschool Teacher

The preschool teacher will lead and support daily activities for children aged 2½ to 4, implementing lessons aligned with the l.e.a.p. Curriculum focusing on early literacy and social skills through structured routines and play-Based learning. Key duties include maintaining classroom organization, adhering to safety standards, and communicating developmental progress with families.

Candidates must possess the required infant/Toddler and preschool teacher qualifications under maryland licensing regulations and hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous preschool or childcare classroom experience and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices are preferred, along with meeting all maryland childcare licensing and background requirements.
