Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler teacher will guide a classroom of 2-Year-Olds in a safe and nurturing environment, planning and implementing activities aligned with the l.e.a.p. Curriculum. Key duties include supporting development, guiding daily routines, supervising assistants, and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements.

Candidates must possess the required infant/Toddler and preschool teacher qualifications under maryland licensing standards and hold a high school diploma or higher. Experience leading a toddler classroom and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices are preferred, along with meeting background check requirements.
