Infant Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will guide an infant classroom by providing responsive care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences, focusing on creating a calm and structured environment for babies. Key duties include leading activities, maintaining individualized routines like feeding and diapering, supervising assistants, communicating with families, and ensuring classroom safety and compliance.

Candidates must possess the required maryland infant/Toddler teacher qualification, which includes a 45-Hour certification, and a high school diploma or higher. Experience working in an infant classroom and understanding of infant development are preferred, along with current cpr and first aid certifications.
