High Ropes Course Director - Camp Otter

The high ropes director provides direct instruction for the challenge course area to children aged six to thirteen within a traditional day camp setting, focusing on high and low ropes course elements. This role involves maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, adhering to regulations, and fostering a positive culture aligned with the ymca's mission.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess current first aid and cpr/Aed certifications, though training may be provided pre-Season. A minimum of two years working with children, preferably in a day camp setting, is required, along with the ability to handle physical demands like lifting 50 lbs and moving over rough terrain.
