Training Specialist I (7011)

The training specialist designs, facilitates, and continuously improves learning experiences focused on service excellence standards, clinical workflows, and operational consistency across the organization. This role involves partnering with leaders to assess needs, develop practical training materials, and deliver sessions for onboarding and ongoing skill development.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or at least four years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health, along with knowledge of training concepts and experience developing and implementing training plans. Additional requirements include excellent communication skills, organization, knowledge of clinical documentation standards, and possession of a valid arizona driver's license and fingerprint clearance card.
