Children Behavioral Health Technician (7034)

This role involves direct service by interacting with children, staff, and families at assigned boys & girls clubs locations, implementing the positive action prevention model and other clinical approaches. Duties also include facilitating child and family team meetings, coordinating services, maintaining electronic medical records, and actively leading group prevention or therapeutic activities.

Candidates need a minimum of a high school diploma/Ged, with experience requirements varying based on education level, though no experience is required with a bachelor's degree in behavioral health as training is provided. Essential requirements include a valid arizona driver's license, passing background checks, obtaining an arizona fingerprint clearance card, and possessing good interpersonal and communication skills.
