Teacher

The teacher will deliver explicit instruction using direct instruction and precision teaching protocols for core academic skills, implementing individualized, data-Driven instruction plans. Responsibilities also include collecting, analyzing, and reporting progress data, collaborating with therapy teams, and maintaining accurate documentation.

A bachelor's degree in education or special education is required, along with an illinois teaching license or eligibility, and the lbs1 endorsement is strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate experience or training in direct instruction and/Or precision teaching and possess a passion for working with neurodiverse learners using structured, data-Driven methods.
