Teacher

The teacher will deliver explicit instruction using direct instruction and precision teaching protocols for core academic skills, implementing individualized, data-Driven instruction plans aligned with each learner’s goals. Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing progress data, collaborating with therapy teams, maintaining documentation, and communicating regularly with families.

A bachelor's degree in education or special education is required, along with an illinois teaching license or eligibility, with the lbs1 endorsement strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate experience or training in direct instruction and/Or precision teaching and possess a passion for working with neurodiverse learners using structured, data-Driven methods.
