Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements individualized aba treatment plans designed by the supervising bcba, utilizing evidence-Based strategies like net and dtt to help children build essential skills. Responsibilities also include collecting accurate data, documenting progress, and maintaining professional ethical standards during sessions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 120 days of employment. Preferred qualifications include experience working with children with autism or in childcare/Preschool settings.
