Middle School Student Academic Support Specialist

The primary role involves assisting middle school students academically by providing one-On-One and small group support, collaborating with teachers to embed strategies, and identifying learning challenges. Key duties include creating and monitoring learning assistance plans (Laps) based on evaluations and maintaining open communication with parents and faculty.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with previous experience working with the target age group being desired. A master's degree and independent school experience are preferred, and special consideration is given to those who can support extracurricular activities or coach a sport.
