Life Coach

The life coach will manage a caseload of 80-120 students, assessing their needs, scheduling classes based on academic goals, and monitoring progress in collaboration with teachers. Duties also include building strong rapport, managing occasional student crises, and maintaining detailed records of all interventions and strategies.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as counseling, social work, or psychology, along with one or more years of related experience, preferably two. Required qualifications include strong communication skills, computer literacy, and independent transportation, with knowledge of missouri educational requirements and clinical note writing being strongly preferred.
