Coach

The assistant varsity softball coach will assist the head coach in planning and executing practices, workouts, and game strategies while teaching fundamental softball skills and techniques. This role also involves supporting player development both athletically and academically, promoting positive sportsmanship, and monitoring academic eligibility.

Preferred qualifications include previous softball playing and/Or coaching experience, knowledge of high school softball rules, strong communication, and leadership skills. Candidates must commit to the spring season (March–june), after-School activities, occasional weekend events, and must complete required background checks and compliance training.
