Placement specialist (52350)

The placement specialist ensures the needs of all children in foster/Adoptive placements are met by delivering comprehensive permanency services, including facilitation of placements, case management, and documentation. Responsibilities also cover program support, public relations, outreach, and recruitment activities for foster and adoption services.

A bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field is required, with a master's degree in social work highly preferred, alongside 2-5 years of child welfare services experience. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills, intermediate computer proficiency, and maintain a valid north carolina driver's license for frequent travel.
