Core responsibilities
The board certified behavior analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments and developing customized treatment plans. This role also involves leading, training, and supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) while monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold current, active bcba certification from the bacb, along with north carolina or utah licensure if applicable. A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and providing aba services to children aged 2 to 6 is required.
