Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), collecting data on client progress and engaging clients in therapeutic activities. This role also involves communicating with families regarding their child's progress and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess active rbt certification or have completed the 40-Hour training course, along with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children or individuals with special needs. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a background check and obtain cpr certification before starting.
