CLT Registered Nurse Trainer Aurora/Tinley Park

The rn nurse trainer is responsible for evaluating and addressing the medical, health, and safety needs of clients in host family residences, which includes documenting client progress and monitoring all aspects of medication regimes. This role also involves conducting ongoing medication and skills training for caregivers and staff, and serving as a 24/7 clinical resource.

Candidates must possess a current registered nurse license from the state of illinois and hold a cpr certification, along with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience is required, preferably with one year working with the developmental disabilities population, and the ability to obtain a dhs nurse trainer certificate within three months.
