Senior Compensation Analyst in Human Resources

This role provides advanced-Level expertise in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering university compensation programs and policies to support workforce recruitment, development, and retention. The analyst will consult with business partners, administer award and bonus programs, complete market reviews, and evaluate equity across the university.

Candidates must possess at least four years of applicable compensation experience, with a background in compensation within clinical settings or higher education preferred. The senior analyst requires strong critical thinking, superior customer service skills, and effective communication with institutional, educational, and clinical leadership.
