Social Worker - Circle of Security Program

This role involves conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating referrals to ensure continuity of care for patients and their families. Responsibilities also include facilitating group-Based social-Emotional learning sessions, providing brief individual support, and delivering crisis intervention.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, along with at least one year of social work experience, and must hold a licensed baccalaureate social worker (Lbsw) certification from the state of texas. Residency in the houston-Metro area, in-Person service delivery in fort bend and harris counties, and a valid driver's license are mandatory requirements.
