Child Development Specialist

The specialist will work one-On-One with autistic children in home or center settings to build essential communication, social, and daily living skills through play and relationship-Based interactions. Responsibilities also include documenting session progress and collaborating closely with supervisors to build clinical confidence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation within a 30-40 minute radius. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as playing on the floor, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs, alongside strong professionalism when interacting with families.
