Child Development Specialist

The specialist will work one-On-One with autistic children in home or center settings to build communication, social, and daily living skills through play and conversation. Responsibilities also include following a relationship-Based intervention model, tracking progress via documentation, and collaborating with supervisors to build clinical skills.

A bachelor's degree in a related field along with a minimum of one year of volunteer or working experience with children is required. Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks like floor play and lifting up to 40 lbs.
