Child Development Specialist

The specialist will work one-On-One with autistic children in home or center settings to build communication, social, and daily living skills through play and relationship-Based interactions. Responsibilities also include documenting session notes, tracking goal outcomes, and collaborating with clinicians to build clinical skills.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation within a 30-40 minute radius. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as playing on the floor, lifting up to 40 lbs, and maintaining strong communication and professionalism.
