Child Development Specialist

The specialist will work one-On-One with autistic children to build essential communication, social, and daily living skills primarily through play and relationship-Based interactions. Responsibilities also include documenting session progress and collaborating closely with supervisors to build clinical skills.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation within a 30-40 minute radius. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as playing on the floor, lifting up to 40 lbs, and maintaining strong professionalism when interacting with families.
