Child Development Specialist

The specialist will work one-On-One with autistic children in home or center settings to build communication, social, and daily living skills through play and relationship-Focused interactions. Responsibilities also include following an intervention model, tracking progress via session notes, and collaborating with supervisors to build clinical confidence.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field along with a minimum of one year of volunteer or working experience with children. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks like floor play and lifting up to 40 lbs are also mandatory requirements.
