Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Windsor Mill

The registered behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One applied behavior analysis therapy to a pediatric client by implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising board certified behavior analyst. Key duties include supporting skill development, accurately collecting behavioral data, following safety plans, and documenting sessions professionally.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. Preferred qualifications include previous aba therapy experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with children aged 2–14 while lifting up to 50 pounds.
