Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities include implementing therapy sessions designed by a bcba and collaborating effectively with team members and families to support client needs.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and have consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance for in-Home service provision. Eligibility requires passing the rbt exam within 45 days of hire, maintaining clean background/Drug screenings, and having availability during after-School hours, weekends, and holidays.
