Successful Futures Curriculum & Program Support Specialist

The specialist manages and updates the life skills curriculum while ensuring program compliance with regulatory, contractual, and accreditation standards. They also coordinate training, facilitate small group classes, and maintain a safe, productive learning environment for youth.

A bachelor's degree in human services, behavioral sciences, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in facilitating training programs or mentoring youth and be available for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
