Secondary History Teacher

The secondary history teacher will plan and prepare lessons that facilitate active learning, demonstrating knowledge of content and pedagogy while fostering a classroom environment conducive to learning and respect. This role also involves cultivating critical thinking and historical literacy through the lens of a biblical worldview, and actively partnering with families.

Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in history education or an equivalent field and have completed student teaching or other educational field experience. Essential personal qualifications include adherence to a statement of faith, spiritual maturity, and a commitment to modeling christian integrity.
