Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - School Based

The bcba provides consultant and direct support to the school community regarding behavioral intervention plans for students, focusing on addressing behaviors impeding learning in the school setting. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing support plans, training staff on implementation, and reporting on student behavior goals within ieps.

Candidates must possess a post-Graduate degree in behavior analysis or a related human services field and hold board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. Required expertise includes developing behavioral interventions, using functional behavior assessment tools, and knowledge of positive behavior supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.
