School-Based Behavior Technician(RBT/BT)- Paid Coverage Role

Technicians will be available on-Call monday through friday between 6 am and 9 am to accept same-Day assignments providing 1:1 aba therapy and behavioral support under bcba supervision during full school days. Responsibilities also include following intervention plans, collecting accurate data, and maintaining professional documentation.

A bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 1 year of aba experience, though previous school-Based or special education experience is also preferred. Candidates must possess reliable transportation across nassau & suffolk counties and demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.
