Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) Direct In-Home Services and Parent Counseling and Training

The bcba will provide individualized in-Home behavioral instruction, conduct assessments, develop aba treatment plans, and conduct parent counseling and training sessions to support client development. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining detailed records according to ethical standards.

Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) passionate about serving diverse families in the massapequa community, ideally with experience in parent counseling and training (Pct) and in-Home behavior intervention services (Bis). Familiarity with aba platforms, data collection tools, and new york state iep processes is preferred.
