Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with children with autism or developmental delays, implementing behavior intervention plans through structured, play-Based activities to build essential life skills. Responsibilities also include accurately collecting progress data and maintaining regular communication with families.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, with a preference for those with 6 months of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Required elements include reliable transportation, a valid driver's license (Or government-Issued id), and willingness to obtain cpr/First aid certification, pass a background check, and complete required medical screenings.
