Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will provide clinical supervision and oversight for programs implemented by supervisors and interventionists, while also developing and implementing a wide range of aba programs tailored to clients with autism or developmental delays. Essential functions include conducting comprehensive assessments, writing treatment goals, analyzing data, and meeting weekly with families for consultation and progress review.

Candidates must possess the necessary training, education, and/Or experience to serve as a qualified autism service professional, including a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, and current bcba certification. Availability is required for a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoons and evenings, along with reliable transportation and a valid california driver's license for hybrid work.
