Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will provide clinical supervision and oversight for programs implemented by supervisors and behavior interventionists, while also developing and implementing comprehensive aba treatment plans for individuals with autism or developmental delays. Key functions include conducting functional behavior assessments, writing treatment goals, analyzing data, and training direct care staff on intervention strategies.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, along with active bcba certification, and have experience serving individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Required availability includes working weekdays between 8 am and 8 pm pst, some weekends, and possessing a valid california driver’s license with reliable transportation for travel to client homes.
