The behavior technician will work one-On-One with children with autism or developmental delays, implementing behavior intervention plans through structured, play-Based activities to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Responsibilities also include accurately collecting and recording data on client progress and regularly communicating updates to families.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be a minimum of 18 years old, with a preference for at least six months of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Applicants must also have reliable transportation, a driver's license (Or government-Issued id), and be willing to obtain cpr/First aid certification, pass a background check, and complete required health screenings.
