Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to pediatric clients, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by supervising board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas). Key duties include supporting skill development, collecting behavioral data, following safety plans, and collaborating with clinicians and caregivers.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have previous experience providing aba therapy, including implementing behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to pass background checks and lift up to 50 pounds.
