- Autism Center of Excellence is hiring an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Hampton, VA 23664. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate professional with prior experience working with children and implementing behavioral support strategies. Position Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client’s home
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
- Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation
Schedule Requirements
- Monday,
- Thursday,
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
Consistent availability during the listed hours is required.
Requirements
- Prior ABA, childcare, education, or child-related experience required
- Active RBT certification preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable providing services in-home
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and professionalism required
- Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
