Innovations Paraprofessional

The role involves working directly with an individual with i/Dd to help them achieve personal goals and maximize independence by implementing individual habilitation plans covering daily living skills, socialization, and community activities. Responsibilities also include meticulous documentation of services provided, adherence to company policies, and assisting with essential personal care and household tasks.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or ged, capable of reading, writing, and following directions, and must possess a valid driver's license with three full years of driving experience and acceptable insurance. Applicants must also pass background checks and be willing to complete all required annual training.
