Behavior Technician BT

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children on the autism spectrum, utilizing play-Based activities and science-Backed strategies like applied behavior analysis to build life-Changing skills. Responsibilities include tracking progress and celebrating client achievements toward greater independence.

Candidates must be available full-Time, monday through friday from 8

00 am to 5:00 pm, and possess a high school diploma or ged; being at least 18 years old is mandatory. Experience with children with special needs is a bonus but not required, as paid training to become a registered behavior technician (Rbt) is provided.
