Academy Instructor

This role involves providing high-Quality instruction to adult learners in a workforce development program, focusing on teaching classes that build skills for direct support professionals using established curricula. Responsibilities also include assisting with curriculum development, providing mentorship to other instructors, and collaborating on operational and curricular projects.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience as a professional teacher, corporate trainer, or facilitator, demonstrating excellent instructional skills and cultural humility. A master's degree and experience in disability services are strongly preferred, alongside proficiency with common office technologies.
