Summer Camp Assistant Counselor

As an assistant counselor, you will support the lead counselor and work closely with a small group of campers, helping to create a joyful and welcoming environment. You will assist with activity setup, transitions, and daily routines while encouraging participation and collaboration among campers.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and a genuine passion for working with young children. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team are essential, along with experience working with children in a group setting preferred.
