Lower School Teacher

The teacher will plan and deliver high-Engagement lessons that cultivate critical thinking, meet individual student needs, and utilize adopted curriculum materials to ensure high academic standards are met. Responsibilities also include fostering a classroom culture aligned with school values, serving as a homeroom teacher, and assessing student progress using various tools.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in elementary education or a related field, along with experience teaching in early elementary grades demonstrating a track record of student growth. Essential qualifications include knowledge of child development, strong classroom management, ability to differentiate instruction, and a collaborative mindset.
