Therapy Aide Per Diem - Speech Therapy

The therapy aide actively engages children to reinforce therapeutic goals set by therapists and teachers, facilitating specific movements, communication, and fine motor tasks during play and routine activities. This role also involves managing classroom materials, ensuring supplies are stocked, and maintaining a safe, hygienic learning environment.

A minimum of two years of experience in an early childhood education setting is required, with preference given to experience with special needs children or in a pediatric clinical therapy setting. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
