Therapy Aide Per Diem - Speech Therapy

The therapy aide actively engages children to reinforce therapeutic goals set by therapists and teachers, leading classroom activities and assisting with daily care routines. They are also responsible for managing classroom materials, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a safe, hygienic learning environment.

A minimum of two years of experience in an early childhood education setting is required, with preference given to candidates experienced with special needs children or in a pediatric clinical therapy setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory for this role.
