Middle School Golf Head Coach

The head coach will develop and implement practice plans focusing on technical and physical skills appropriate for middle school athletes, while leading the team during practices and matches to ensure competitive performance and sportsmanship. Key duties also involve overseeing athlete development, collaborating on scheduling, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Candidates must possess previous coaching experience or high-Level golf experience at the high school or collegiate level. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with a demonstrated ability to contribute to a team-Oriented coaching staff and a passion for golf and character development.
