The role involves serving as an on-Call floater or substitute, supporting various classroom and school campuses to cover teacher vacations and provide extra assistance. This requires creating engaging learning experiences and fostering positive development in young minds.

Candidates must have experience working in a preschool or kindergarten classroom, demonstrating a love for early childhood education and comfort assisting in infant/Toddler or preschool settings. Montessori experience is preferred but not mandatory.
