Internship Coordinator

The internship coordinator will strategically prospect and develop new external partnerships in syracuse to secure high-Quality internship and external opportunities for court-Involved youth, acting as the main point of contact for internship partners across various sectors. This role involves collaborating with program staff to place core and post-Graduate students, ensuring data is captured in salesforce, and vetting new sites to align with the organization's mission.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in internship placement or partnership building, coupled with 1-3 years of experience in youth development, youth justice, or related partnership fields. A deep understanding of the local business, political, non-Profit, and criminal justice landscape in syracuse is required, along with familiarity working with system-Involved youth.
