This role supports participants in the seahawk nest academy by developing their social, study, and academic skills necessary for successful college matriculation and vocational outcomes. Key duties include providing advisement, assisting with college applications, serving as a liaison between high schools and the college, and tracking student academic progress.

A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred, alongside six years of experience in an educational setting, preferably teaching students with intellectual disabilities. Candidates should possess knowledge of ada, ferpa, and section 504, along with strong coordination and communication skills.
