Health Science Pathway Retention Specialist (Multiple Vacancies)

This frontline position provides direct service and support to current health science pathway students using a case management approach to promote retention and academic success. Responsibilities include reviewing academic progression, connecting students with resources, collecting and evaluating student data, and coordinating student success workshops.

A bachelor's degree is required, although an equivalent combination of eight years of relevant experience and education may be considered. The role demands strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-Solving skills, along with excellent coordination and communication abilities.
