Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will assist in implementing age-Appropriate curriculum, preparing learning materials, and supervising children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to maintain a safe environment. They will also help lead innovative learning activities and monitor children’s progress and development.

A high school diploma or equivalent and the nc early childhood credential or equivalent are required, though an aa or ba in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. The most essential quality is a love for working with children, along with strong collaboration, communication skills, patience, and a nurturing attitude.
