Resident Care Training Aide- April Class

This role requires completing a minimum training program to become a certified nurse aide in michigan, involving learning essential functions related to resident care. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, tracking vital signs, ensuring hygiene and safety, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Candidates must pass a criminal background check, a negative drug screen, and a recent tuberculosis test, and possess a valid michigan driver’s license or state id. Applicants must also be able to attend all scheduled classes and must have a high school diploma or ged, generally being 18 years old.
